Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel appeared nice at first, but issues became apparent during the stay. The rooms were initially pleasant and seemed worth the price until we discovered they weren't cleaned until check-out, and we had to ask for more towels daily. There was a persistent cigarette smell from the adjoining door during our last stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was excellent and some of the best employees I have ever encountered, the rooms were a mess, and the dining options were not the best. The lack of cleanliness and shambles due to understaffing marred the experience, but the view of the riverfront greenways was a highlight.
The hotel had its ups and downs. It had a great location, particularly for exploring old Punta Gorda, and an on-site restaurant with a variety of options. The rooms were too close to the elevator and had signs of wear. The service was friendly, especially Carla, despite being a bit stretched. The dining options were properly presented, but not outstanding. The facilities were decent, but some areas needed maintenance.
